Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hellosorvino@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
